Title Transfer

We handle title transfers for property already owned — whether adding or removing a name, transferring to a family member, or restructuring ownership. From $750 (no mortgage) or $850 (with mortgage).
Status Certificate Review

Buying a condo? We review the status certificate to flag any issues with the condominium corporation — including reserve fund deficiencies, special assessments, or bylaw concerns — before you're committed.
